The visit underscores the growing importance of Taiwan’s higher education in fostering global academic partnerships, particularly with diplomatic allies. Ambassador Meighan was received by NCNU President Wuu Dong-Sing (武東星), along with senior university officials, for discussions on expanding collaboration in talent cultivation and cross-border academic exchange.
