高野瀨一晃

高野瀨一晃校長畢業於早稻田大學，長年代表日本Sony總公司派駐歐洲，退休前擔任日本Sony總公司採購長，卸任後接任Sony教育基金會執行董事，2019年起擔任Sony高等教育機構湘北短期大學校長及董事會執行董事。高野瀨一晃校長多年來數次接待本校至日本學習參訪團，並選定本校為湘北大學在臺灣第一個合作夥伴大學，開展全面學術交流合作，對本校擴大國際移動力與學術連結，貢獻卓著。爰頒贈高野瀨一晃校長榮譽校友證書，敬表謝忱。

President Takanose Kazuaki graduated from Waseda University. He worked for Sony Corporation for decades and had been stayed in Sony Europe branch for years. He then served as Head of Procurement of Sony Corporation. After retired at 62, he was in charge of Executive Director of Sony Education Foundation. Since 2019, he has been appointed as President of Shohoku College as well as Executive Director of Sony Institute of Higher Education. Over the years, President Takanose has received several delegations from National Chi Nan University (NCNU), and invited NCNU to be the first partner university of Shohoku College in Taiwan to conduct comprehensive academic exchanges and cooperation. President Takanose significantly expand international mobility and global academic connection of NCNU, therefore NCNU expresses sincere gratitude to President Takanose by presenting Honorary Alumni. 

橫道清孝

橫道清孝副校長畢業於東京大學，出身日本內務省高級官員，後轉往學界任教於政策研究大學院大學；擔任副校長期間，促成本校與政策研究大學院大學簽訂合作協定。受惠於橫道清孝副校長的積極協助，使本校為臺灣第一個與該校簽約之大學；多年以來兩校維持穩定合作交流，對本校提升學術水準與國際能見度有重大貢獻。爰頒贈橫道清孝副校長榮譽校友證書，敬表謝忱。

Vice President Yokomichi Kiyotaka graduated from The University of Tokyo. He worked as Senior Official of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Japan. He then transferred to academia to teach at National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS). During his tenure as Vice President, he urged the cooperation agreement between GRIPS and National Chi Nan University (NCNU). Thanks to Vice President Yokomichi’s active assistance, NCNU is the first university in Taiwan to sign MOU with GRIPS. For many years, two universities have maintained stable cooperation and exchanges, which has made a significant contribution to the improvement of academic standards and international visibility of NCNU, therefore NCNU expresses sincere gratitude to Vice President Yokomichi by presenting Honorary Alumni.
