"The University is an Art Museum" is the first edition of the NCNU Art Festival, a collaboration between contemporary artist Chang Jiaming and the National Chi Nan University. After ten years of preparation, the inaugural event has invited 15 sculptors and 18 artists to participate, making it a rare large-scale outdoor art exhibition in Taiwan.

The initiator of the NCNU Art Festival, President Dong Sing Wuu, expressed his gratitude for the support and assistance from various parties, which made this beautiful exhibition possible. He also hopes that the "University is an Art Museum" initiative will allow NCNU to spread the beauty of art like fireworks, affecting more people and making them cherish and recognize all the beautiful people, events, and things in life.
